QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 Skill Requirements

We look for skilled sales people to develop or business with minimum 9 to 15 years of field sales experience on defence industry products or technology products & services

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant education and work experience

Competent in business network development

Experience in international business development,

Strong analytical skills to understand and manage marketing strategies

No restriction for traveling

Excellent communication skills

Advanced level in both written and spoken English

Deep understanding of business principles and language, including thorough working knowledge of finance and profitability

Ability to work independently in a complex environment, set the right priorities and motivate self and others

Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills

 

Job Description

Directly reporting to Plant Manager, our candidate will be responsible for:

Achieving sales targets for the company product portfolio

Gaining new customers for the company by analyzing the potentials of the sectors

Being responsible for and preparing a business plan and/or creating additional new businesses for the company by seizing new business opportunities

Preparing value generating innovative solutions

Managing the development and maintaining the continuity in the sector

Coordinating the relevant units of the company for potential businesses

Preparation of the contracts with the customers, with whom an agreement on the new business is reached

Preparing presentations that will add 'value' to the customers and presenting these

Ensuring the quality of the documents delivered to the customers
