We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about working in fast growing company and wants to be the significant part of the progress while company is expanding its businesses to Europe and UK by opening new offices.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in marketing or business administration

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing and minimum 5 years of team management experience

• Excellent knowledge of PPC such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and other digital ad platforms

• Previous experience in reputable e-commerce, tourism, internet company

• In depth knowledge of SEO is an asset

• Strong communication skills to collaborate, partner, and motivate cross-functional partners

• Strong analytical skills & strategic thinker

• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit to problem-solving

• Advanced level of English

• Persistent, passionate, enthusiastic

• Proficiency in MS Office applications


Job Description

The candidate will be managing digital marketing department to generate more leads and make quarterly and yearly strategies to increase brand recognition in UK market. Digital marketing manager will report to General Manager and is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies with his/her colleagues. The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks,

  • Creating and implementing the digital marketing strategy
  • Managing and monitoring PPC campaigns to increase the efficiency
  • Bringing new innovative ideas to attract more leads
  • Managing the digital marketing department including mentoring team mates
  • Strategy and management of SEO projects (Develop and execute SEO and content strategy)
  • Ensure that all white hat SEO strategies are implemented to increase traffic, engagement while increasing keyword rankings
  • Manage visual and written content strategy of the Clinic Center brand in various formats such as ad copies, blog posts, infographics, press releases, newsletters, slideshows, videos, patient stories, e-books etc.
  • Increasing online presence of the company
  • Plan and monitor how to respond to reviews, comments and direct messages in line with the company tone of voice on a daily basis
  • Find and supervise the offline and online agencies and relevant tools to ensure excellence of delivery for the market
  • Drive digital innovations and test & learn approach
  • Ensure best in class Content Management processes and social media approach by collaborating with team mates and 3rd parties
  • Budget planning, monitoring, reporting and forecast
  • Ensure relevant digital investment allocation to meet business targets,
  • Become best in class with the most ROI digital channels drivers
  • Use unified KPIs Dashboard to track the media campaigns’ performances and maximize the results
