Requirements

• University graduate preferably from tourism, health related or business administration departments
• Advanced level of English
• Great communication skills
• Willingness and potential for learning and development
• New graduates or experienced less than 2 years
• Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities and be assigned in projects
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Have great attention to detail

İŞ TANIMI

Management trainees will work 6 months in hospitals as an international patient relations specialist, another 6 months in the office in the same position. Latest position will be international medical sales specialist in the office for 6 months. After 18 months completed MT will continue in one of these departments according to his/her performeance on these departments. 

International Patient Relations Specialist - Hospital

• Assisting patients and translating necessary information to patients and doctors if required  
• Guiding patients from hotel to hospital
• Assisting international patients during their appointments with doctors
• Passing the required information clearly to the patients about their treatment, city and hotel
• Providing non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations

International Patient Relations Specialist - Office

• Making travel arrangements for the patients
• Cooperation with hospitals and doctors
• Pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism packages
• Prepare and share medical itineraries with patients for their medical packages
• Providing non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations

International Medical Sales Specialist - Office

• Online sales and coordination with international patients
• Enquiry follow up and turn the leads into sales
• Cooperation with hospitals and doctors
• Pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism packages
• Prepare and share price quotations to patients for their medical packages
• Providing non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations
