QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Clinic Center, Turkey's 15th fastest growing company is looking for  Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who will join young, dynamic and international marketing team of Clinic Center in Izmir and Istanbul. 

Clinic Center is one of the biggest service exporters in Turkey and entered the TIM Service Exporters 500 list in 2017 & 2018 and sponsor of the Premier League Club Brighton Hove Albion. As Clinic Center we are specialized in arranging hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, in-vitro fertilization and dental treatments in Turkey. Our partner doctors have treated many patients from various countries such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, United States of America and Middle East. 


Qualifications

  • University graduate from Business Administration or related fields
  • Advanced level of English 
  • Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing
  • Expert in lead generation, lead funnel analysis and optimization
  • Expert manager of Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ad accounts
  • Professional in managing wide range of digital advertising types
  • Experienced and had deep knowledge in SEM, Retargeting, Analytics, and Display
  • Experienced in technical developments of Analytics, SEO, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc., and had  skills to  provide coordination between IT teams and digital agency
  • Have great interest to find different channels and portals to advertise 
  • Persistent, passionate and enthusiastic 
  • Have great attention to detail

Job Description

The candidate will be working in marketing department to mainly manage digital advertising accounts and develop digital strategies from SEO to social media marketing. The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks,  

  • To support building up digital marketing strategies of the company, to prepare digital marketing plans accordingly and make them to be executed
  • To develop strategies in order to generate lead traffic from various sources
  • To develop and manage digital marketing set-ups that provide lead generation
  • To manage digital ads campaigns that focus primarily on lead generation, to monitor the performance, offer and take actions that will increase the performance, to make media plans where lead generation budget and media usage are optimized
  • To look for new channels that bring high conversion rates, and make these channels be adopted and used
  • To analyze the corporate web site and the company’s digital ads through Google Analytics and other web analytics tools, present these analysis by to the executive team
  • To prepare daily, weekly, monthly lead performance reports on regular basis
  • Daily / weekly / monthly reporting 
  • Other tasks given by management
