The successful candidate should satisfy the following requirements:   

 
  • University degree, preferably in Logistics field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in a  logistics company
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  • Excellent in problem solving, and team-working
  • Finding mutual solutions, being both business & customer oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications,  especially in Excel
  • Military service completed for male candidates
  • Locates in Istanbul



JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Be the first and only point of contact for customers for all shipment related matters and act as an intermediary between the customer and other departments of the company
  • Such as follow up of missing SI / Customs declaration / VGM or any other necessary formalities, checking return invoices / rate discrepancies
  • Communicate all necessary information to clients regarding vessel schedules and possible changes
  • Manage Precarriage organization , COD requests
  • Support  Customer on General problems ,manage client claims , complaints and litigations
