Export Front Desk Documentation Officer

CMA CGM, Turkey - an agency 100% owned by CMA-CGM Group, is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for Export Front Desk Documentation Officer to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel schedule on a daily basis in order to organize and control working schedule of the team
• Coordinate customer requests, SSC actions and other agency departments
• Coordinate the export call closure with SSC and other agency departments
• Control BL & Manifest amendments not within SSC scope
• Perform basic compliance check prior release arranged by agency
• Arrange telex release per customer request (when original bill of loadings already released), release original bill of loadings & waybill for cash/suspended customers and incomplete bill of loadings
• Add charges for extra services, print additional charges, estimated time of departure and distribute invoices
• Support SSC with RFI issues and customs declarations as escalation point for unresolved issues

Skills And Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Logistic or International Trade.
• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Intermediate level of English
• Understand the business needs
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self motivated and dedicated to work
• Customer and Result-oriented
• Good computer skills
