As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for an General Ledger Accountant to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

Responsibilities

· Conducting monthly accounting activities, booking base level journal entries

· Controlling of balance sheet accounts and performing monthly B/S reconciliations

· Assisting in all group companies’ VAT refund applications

· Follow up of all group companies’ tax office notification letters and their replies

· Oversee customer and supplier accounts, perform reconciliations with 3rd parties and inter-company accounts

· Administer VAT statements in accordance with the Group's standards and accounting principles

· Perform end-of-month closing and support the auditors as part of the quarterly and/or annual audit

· Prepare the annual statutory financial statements and contribute to the preparation of the legal documentation for annual accounts approval, in connection with the legal department

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or finance

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance and accounting department of a multinational company

· Having an audit background and/or CPA will be an asset

· Good command in verbal English, required to communicate with global teams

· Proficiency in MS Office Excel

· IFRS, general accounting, local tax legislation, reporting and legal/regulatory frame knowledge

· Prevention ability of accounting and financial risks

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multi-task environment

· Careful and detail-oriented work attitude as well as strong follow-up skills

· Ability to work in tight deadlines, communication, and organizational skills

· High sense of responsibility and ability to work in harmony with team members

· All male candidates must have completed their military services
