CMA CGM, Turkey - an agency 100% owned by CMA-CGM Group, is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for Sales Support Supervisor to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide containers according to sales bookings and operational requirements.
• Main contact regarding future and immediate container availability.
• Produce weekly need reports on his assigned area and inform the H-O logistics department and sales agencies regarding surplus and deficits of containers.
• Manage stocks and optimize their management (turn time, Idles). Inform the sales department regarding container specifications.
• For port stuffing contacting the terminal and getting confirmation on daily basis by port availability. Accepting port stuffing in confirmation with sales.
• Follow up any booking problems and suggest corrective actions.
• Working closely with the Equipment Control Supervisor within their responsibility areas, ensure the excess containers are relocated to where they are needed.
• Follow up idle empty procedure on daily basis.
• Compiling the stock status of the region and preparing weekly or monthly statistics on achieved actions
• For equipment control support; daily control movement update in LARA for all ports and depots.

REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• University Degree – Maritime Business Administration / Transportation and Logistics fields are preferred
• Min +2 years experience in a similar role
• Customer, Maritime  and logistics knowledge
• Effective communication & coordination skills
• Open for flexible hours
• Time management and organizational skills
• Customer & result Oriented
• Fluent English
• Locating in Istanbul
