For our growing business, we are looking for an experienced SALES Supervisor for our Istanbul office with the following qualifications;

• University degree , preferably in Logistic or International Trade.
• At least 4 years sales experience in container business
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and work in a team-orientated environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Understand the business needs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively
• Customer oriented
• Self motivated and dedicated to work
• Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good comprehension of MS Office
• Active driver (License Class B)
• Military service completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, emails and requests
• Perform client visits in line with the objectives set and report accordingly
• Develop new business and customer opportunities
• Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and tender negotiations
• Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Provide service support and claims resolution for extraordinary issues
• Follow the market developments in and relay to line managers
• Coaching & Working together and coordinate correspondence and communication between the team members
