Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team in our Italian- Turkish partnership which operates in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.

General Qualifications:

• University graduation from Mechanical, Metallurgical-Material and Industrial Engineering Departments with a good degree,
• At least 3 years of work experience in the production of pressure vessels and pressure equipment and / or in the metal sector’s Quality Area,
• Have the knowledge and experience about following production / quality processes, performing internal audits, maintaining quality certification,
• Able to work in coordination with international notified bodies and customers,
• Following national and international standards, regulations which are related our products,
• Having knowledge on Quality Documentation,
• Having responsibility, self-discipline,  analytical thinking and solution-oriented thinking ,
• Having strong communication skills and being open to learning,
• Able to understand technical drawings, having high level knowledge on MS-Office applications,
• Having fluency and advanced level speaking and writing ability on English, especially on technical area. Knowing İtalian is an asset.
• Able to adapt to dynamic working hours,
• To have Class B driving License ,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restriction,
• Located in Manisa City Center or İzmir Bornova.

Job description:

• To prepare, follow and perform the necessary controls and documentations for Notified Bodies and customers,
• To supervise incoming , process and final quality control activities,
• To increase the employees' belief in the Quality System and to follow their practices,
• To make necessary recommendations for our factory's production machines to produce high quality products,
• To carry out continuous improvement activities of our organization and our products,
• To have experience and responsibility at a level that will not compromise on quality in business, production lines and product issues.
