Sales Marketing Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in mechanical and/or machinery field is a must (Having knowledge of machining, CNC machines and robot automation),
• Fluent in both written and spoken English,
• Having strong verbal and written communication, efficiency and persuasion competence, being customer-oriented, open to professional development and learning,
• To have success / result, quality and customer oriented, adaptation to change, leadership, decision-making, sharp minded, planning and organization competencies and a strategic perspective,
• Able to keep up with flexible working hours and intense tempo,
• Not restriction for domestic and international travel,
• Must be efficient on MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,
• Able to work in our office in İstanbul Trakya Free Zone (ÇATALCA),
• Preferably residing in Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Çatalca and nearby locations,

Job Description:

• Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products/solutions and corporate identity;
• Playing a major role in creating/enhancing awareness of products/solutions within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers;
• Responsible for USA, Europe and Far East markets and working with Turkey,
• Creating a competitive advantage for the company by closely following the competition in the market with market research and making new discoveries,
• Finding new markets abroad,
• Conducting research and analyzing data in order to define customer audiences,
• Developing marketing campaigns to promote products and services,
• Planning and carrying out advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail,
• Participating in promotional domestic and international fairs, seminars and similar organizations and activities,
• Guiding the preparation of marketing activity reports and presenting them to management,
• By making improvements and corrections in existing Marketing and Business Development approaches, enabling them to sell more products and services to new or existing customers,
• Working closely with global digital marketing and communication teams be responsible for structuring and delivering market, industry, and competitor insights for global campaigns and play an active role in developing regional marketing calendar,
