E-Commerce Channel Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing P&L, OI Margins of Online-Only customers; planning and executing Digital JBP with Online-Only customers
• Ensuring achievement of set business goals and obtaining all customers satisfaction to build up strong relationships and strengthen up current ones with related departments and grades
• Onboarding new/on going Online-Only customers to CCI system and to set up partnerships with them to develop new business models
• Enhancing scope of business via expanding product portfolio, occasionally planning consumer gift voucher campaigns and adding new features to online
• Managing product portfolio, stock tracking and profitability strategies designed for e-commerce opportunities
• Accountable for online sales growth, volume, profit and operational efficiency targets for B2B2C
• Establish online data collection, collect market insights and transfer customer feedbacks into innovative projects that would increase customer satisfaction for Redbox
• Make customer visits to track platforms usage, collect customer feedbacks
• Responsible for the management of operational processes of e-commerce

Specifications:

• Undergraduate Degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of English will be an asset
• Fluent in Turkish is must (both speaking & writing)
• Willing to locate in İstanbul
