Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor made programs specific to Coffee customers,
  • Controlling and following up the execution standards through Coffee market visits, understanding customer needs&priorities and take actions accordingly,
  • Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company,
  • Applying new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behavior. Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products,
  • Prompting related functions to meet the needs of customer and consumer in terms of new product and packaging launches and pursuing the process to be completed.
  • Planning recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs
  • Providing coordination between customer plans and regions
  • Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits, understanding customer needs&priorities and take actions accordingly,
  • Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company,

  • Contributing to process improvement projects.

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing),
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at FMCG & Coffee sector,
  • No travel restriction,
  • Driver’s license (Class B),
  • Position locate in İstanbul.
