Plastic Injection Production Engineer, Çorlu

Main Responsibilities

• To be responsible for Preform Production Operation
• Experience for Plastic injection Production and injection molding process and equipments
• Technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and drying systems
• Lead process improvement projects as well as new equipment and new technology installations for continuous improvement and saving projects (lightweight, cycle time, scrap, quality, material and energy cost reduction,etc),
• Analyze injection molding performance metrics and standardize and develop best practices
• Continuous improvement of maintanence operations in SAP PM modules
• Plan, develop and realize predictive and preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of machines,
• Ensure realization of planned production program,
• Carry out production according to the defined standards
• Monitor all KPI’s through CCI performance system,
• Develop work safety procedures and ensure the execution of works are done according to CCI Safety Rules,
• Determine training needs of foremen, technician and operators,
• Manage the line OPEX budget and CAPEX investment projects,
• Improve the production methods for developing the quality of the packages & products,
• Manage the spare parts stock level,
• Ensure that the GMP and 5S rules are followed

Capabilities

• University degree (Polimer, Chemical, Metalurgy&Materials, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in production field, repair and maintenance activities and utilities
• Advanced level English
• Willing to locate in Çorlu
• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs
• Preferably with an interest in digital technologies 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
