Job Identification

Provide support and resolve queries to internal and external customers relating to the AP and PO Administration processes. Ensure that FSC clients receive an exceptional service experience when resolving queries escalated by them  Constantly strive in finding ways in which the AP and PO Administration process can be further improved.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support regarding Payments queries e.g.: payment date, invoice status and vendor master data collection and verification
• Provide support regarding follow up of Purchase Orders with suppliers for new lead times and quantities
• Provision of documentation to suppliers regarding tax withholdings and created purchase orders
• Escalation of queries as appropriate
• Supply advice on invoicing processes and deal with any queries in an efficient and timely manner
• Establishing, managing and growing customer relationships with both internal and external customers
• Perform vendor reconciliations
• Working to agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units
• Provide support to the team leader on the invoice verification supported FSC
• Execute all closing operations as per defined timelines 
• Establish a good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery
• Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions
• Ensure compliance with FSC standard processes and SLAs.
• Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate solutions

Capabilities

• 0-1 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Customer Service role
• Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian, both written and verbal is a prerequisite ; Knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered a key advantage: English, Arabic and Turkish
• Knowledge of MS applications
• Knowledge of Readsoft and SAP will be an asset
• Strong focus in providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers
