HR Executive, Payroll & Reporting

- Min. 5 years of professional experience in related HR fields.

- Knowledge of HR processes (personnel administration, time & attendance, recruitment, payroll, etc) either from people manager`s or consultant`s or business partner`s perspective.        

- Fluency in English and Turkish

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers

- Managing through systems and processes

- Drive for results

- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Emotional maturity

- Innovative, proposes improvements to processes and working environment

İŞ TANIMI

- Ensuring all payroll proses are executed accurately and on time .

- Following up all Payroll related notification processes to governmental and regulatory bodies and proactively informing the team to take action.

- Provide data on payroll process outputs or specific topics for Finance and Accounting Departments

- Actively taking role in all audit processes and planning actions considering the audit reports in Payroll related issue.

- Outsourcing management related to payroll (SGK, Teşvik Yönetimi Sendika etc.)  

- Responsible for all Legal & group reporting.

- Creating base data for reporting (HC, Turnover LTIR; Fiili çalışma etc.)
