We are looking for a "Sales Engineer" for our Flexlink business in Turkey.

As sales engineer at FlexLink, you develop the business and manage the market with the players. Customer and risk management is the key element for the growth. Keeping all the customers,partners and suppliers in the same level discussion and driving the opportunities by using intended methods.

Main tasks

On the basis of specific client requirements, you will be responsible to elaborate on the offer by evaluating whether it can be applied to the adequate technical solutions or if it has to be declined for technical reasons. You will ask quotations from external suppliers and evaluate estimates. In parallel, you will collaborate with sales engineers for problems related to assembly or in the event of customer complaints. Finally, you will develop the market and the sales of new products lines / segments under one's responsibility, acting as local interface with the central functions within FlexLink.

Skills and Abilities Needed for Your Role;

•       Being graduated from reputable universities’ departments of Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering

•       Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales position

•       Fluency in both written and spoken English

•       Preferably experience in automation, robotics and conveyor system engineering

•       Preferably a good understanding and interest for client management

•       Excellent communication and problem solving skills

•       Innovative approach

•       Being an effective Team Player

•       Having no restriction to travel
