Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and work independently
• Comfortable working with a team located remotely
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a high performing Coordinator to join our People, Culture and Customer Service & Logistics team.  In this role, the Coordinator will be expected to perform outstanding customer service to improve service levels and relationship for Middle East Exports, Jordan, Iraq and Iran markets.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner
• Execute order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, checking pricing in system, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates
• Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers and  alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance
• Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives
• Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals
• Responsible for specific KPI reporting and analytics
• Manage order receipts and containerization in order to optimize containers by track customer fulfillment metrics
• Maintain database of customer, sales orders and invoicing records
• Drive continuous improvement in the area of order acquisition and entry
• Distributor inventory control maintenance and inventory reconciliation
