FP&R and Continuos Improvement Engineer

Qualifications:

·         BS or MS in a technical or engineering field; MBA is a plus,

·         Fluency in English, 

·         Good knowledge of MS Office,  

·         Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details, 

·         Results driven, proactive, interactive, team work oriented

Job Description:

·         The FP&R  & CI Engineer  is responsible for supporting site-wide implementation of FP&R Standards and responsible for to support planning, developing, leading, and implementing continuous improvement strategies that are aligned with Colgate-Palmolive business goals

·         Analyzes operating data from various sources and uses these analyses with local, Division, and Global Supply Chain leadership partners to develop continuous improvement strategies that will enable the achievement of business objectives.

·         Develop internal networks to share and implement "best practices" within and between subsidiaries, categories and functions.

·         Develop training materials and deliver trainings to ensure the development of people, teams and organizational capabilities

·         Give input to and work with the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Engineering department with respect to the Global Supply Chain KPI process which includes development, maintenance, and communication worldwide KPI data.

·         Follow-ups and executes actions related with EOHS, FP&R and Quality Standards
