QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, engineering or related fields
- Good command in English
- Proactive, team player skills
- SAP, MS Excel knowledge is a plus
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly shipment plan for intercompany export customers
- Coordinate day to day export shipment operations with customs broker & warehouse personnel
- Collaborate with main logistics providers, CS&L and supply planning functions across AEA division and other regions (Europe, India)
- Lead tasks and projects related with transportation planning & automation
- Manage e Buy order creation & invoice confirmations for export & import expenses
- Support supply planning teams to achieve casefill targets
- Share long term forecast with transport providers
- Support logistics procurement teams in data preparation for annual tender process
