LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (SG: 10)  

We are looking for a high performing Specialist to join our People, Culture and CS & Logistics team.  In this role, the Specialist will be responsible for Freight and Warehouse effectiveness (Productivity, Utilization, etc.) as well as developing collaborative partnerships among CP colleagues, logistic 3rd party and customers to do initiate ideas, feasibility study and implement Logistic Continues Improvement Projects for North Africa Middle-east Turkey (NAMET) region. 

The logistics Specialist must deliver the agreed business results while maintaining positive employee relations. As one of the visible CP representative of the site, the Logistic Specialist also assumes a key role in developing mutually beneficial relationships with the local community, logistic 3rd party and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Engineering or other related

Minimum 2 years of Logistics or Supply Chain experience

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

High level of competence with Microsoft Office

Critical thinking to breakdown Complex problem into pieces for resolution as well as integrate pieces of information into End-to-End process and seek for improvement

Encourage for changes and challenges the norms in positive approach with cross-functional teamwork

·         Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics

·         Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and work independently

·         Comfortable working with a team located remotely

Position will be located in Turkey.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•           Initiative, Coordinate,  Do feasibility analysis, Manage and implement  NAMET Freight and Warehouse Continues Improvement  and Funding The Growth (FTG) projects
•            Track, Monitor and Improve Freight and Warehouse effectiveness (Productivity, Utilization etc.,)
•             Manage NAMET Supply network design and lead for changes and implementation
