Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering 
• Minimum 1 year of logistics or supply chain experience in FMCG 
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent command of MS Office Tools 
• Listen and communicate effectively 
• Analytical thinker 
• Strong follow up skills 

We are now looking for a talented and committed individual to join our Customer Service & Logistics Team. The Warehouse & Distribution Analyst is responsible for effectively managing all functions of transportation and warehousing operations, and developing collaborative partnerships among Colgate-Palmolive colleagues, logistic 3rd party and customers. The primary accountabilities of the role include: 

• Support End-to-End process for Freight and Warehouse 3PL invoice posting process
• Validate invoice vs. agreement 
• Post invoice into Colgate system for further process with Finance and Management
• Track and Follow up both internal and external to ensure the process completed on time 
• Continue improvement in term of process simplification and standardization 
• Support Transportation & Warehousing Manager on NAMET logistic projects (etc., warehouse productivity design, supply network optimization)
