Distribution Supervisor

•         University degree in related fields preferably Engineering, Logistics,
•         At least 3 years experience in team management
•         5+years experienced in cargo transportation and distrubution, 3PL logistics, retail operation
•         Tight working with  cargo companies ,warehouse, alocation, e-commerce, regional sales departments
•         Experience in volume calculation and vehicle planning
•         Fluent in both written and spoken English
•         Very good knowledge of ERP programs ( especially MS Dynamics Axapta) , WMS, SQL
•         Advance levels of MS Office applications, especially Excel,
•         Strong communication & selfconfidence and organizational skills,
•         Strong analytical, decision-making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•         No military obligation for male candidates.

      Job Description;

•         Managing  the national distribution from warehouse to stores by cargos, solving problems

•         Managing e-commerce, store to store, warehouse to stores shipments in our affilities

•         Managing transfers between stores

•         Collecting periodic price offers from cargo companies in Turkey and other main countries ( Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Georgia, Iraq, Morrocco) and presenting to departmant manager.

•         Contrubuting software development by providing coordination between IT department and cargo companies

•          Reporting oil-inflation changes monthly and presenting to the related departmant managers and obtaining approval in case of impact on the cargo prices

•          Checking the costs and invoices, obtaining approval from department manager and delivering the accounting department, archiving all invoices

•          Controlling and reporting the delivery time between warehouse -stores, store-store, checking cargo performance reports

•          Organizing meetings with cargo companies to discuss performance reports in all countries, requesting improvement

•          Managing deliveries to stores abroad when customs clearance finish at the destination countries

•          Checking and reporting the delivery times of the stores in the affiliates

•          Preparing reports of actual and invoiced shipments on the basis of package-volume-amount-shipment type
