HR Lead/ Generalist

We are looking for a HR Lead/ Generalist to join our HR Team.

Qualifications

-At least 6-7 years experience in Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Labor Law).

-Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree in related fields is a plus.)

-This position will frequently contact to Comdata Global HR Teams so excellent English language skill (both written and speaking) is a must.

-Good MS Office as well as Google Sheets and Slides skills. (Preferably SAP experience)

-Good communication skills.

-No Travel restriction (local & abroad)

Responsibilities

-Manage recruitment process for support staff (IT, HR, Finance) & Operations for local projects leading sites’ HR Specialists ( Samsun, Mardin, Konya, Kayseri and Eskişehir Sites).

 -Build candidate pipeline, source active & passive talent .

 -Improve HR Metrics report and prepare monthly presentation for executive team.

 -Develop and maintain positive employee experience .

 -Drive HR processes such as performance management, talent management and organizational development.
