Specific Responsibilities:

 • Coordinating Operations, IT & Facility to ensure the physical security of the operation floor. 

• Working with local and global IT & security DRI’s to ensure data security and protection of privacy. 

• Organizing trainings related with the data and physical security. 

• Preparing and sharing weekly/monthly security reports. 

• Conducting daily, weekly, monthly security audits in different levels. 

• Tracking and reporting incidents related with security protocols and procedures. 

• Performs all other duties as assigned 

• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships. 

• Excellent ability to clearly communicate (verbally and written) in English and any native language with all levels of the organization. As well as, influence others to agree and comply with security program requirements.

 • Proven ability to conduct and thoroughly document investigations.

 • Strong experience managing or assisting in the management of guard forces. 

• Direct knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking preferred.

 Skills/Abilities: 

• Minimum 3 years of Security with management experience 

• Strong management skills 

• Self-motivated and results oriented 

• Good presentation, leadership and organization skills 

• The required minimum degree is university level, preferably in information technology, business management or related fields 

• Able to work a flexible schedule 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies 

• Native level of Turkish and English. 

• The capacity to work in a team 

• Problem solving skills
