Great news! Conduent Turkey has opened a brand-new Customer Engagement Centre for smart Europe. This world-renowned automotive brand specializes in electric vehicles and EV mobility. Our new Customer Engagement Centre supports smart customers with questions about the car or smart service.

We are looking for Dutch-speaking employees with a passion for social media who want to turn their hobby into a profession. You bring commitment and passion for customer service in social media and excellent service in the smart Customer Engagement Center is a matter of course for you. For this job it is important that you speak both Dutch and English (for internal communication).

What is important in your job: 

• You ensure remarkable customer experiences.
• Through targeted, friendly and empathetic communication, you convert customers into loyal fans.
• A passion for social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• You will be the first point of contact on our client's social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, answering enquiries from customers and prospects.
• In the conversations with customers and/or prospects, you will promote smart and the services that smart offers.
• Your duties will extend to customer outreach via other channels in the future as we grow the project together.
• Achieve set targets to ensure we live up to our service excellence as a team. We will discuss together which goals apply to you and what you need to achieve them.

Working and Training Hours:

• The Customer Engagement Center is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18.00 european time .  
• The training course lasts approximately 3 weeks. This training is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 17:15
