QUALIFICATIONS

As GlobaI Investment Holding’s participation Consus Enerji, we are looking for a procurement specialist who will be responsible for the procurement operations of our new investment projects in Energy and Mining division.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in new investment projects.
  
• Solid computer skills; Proficient in Excel.
  
• Excellent in English Language (written & in word).
  
• Excellent Business and technical acumen, contract negotiation skills and supplier management skills.
  
• Proactive, shows initiative, communication, conflict management.
  
• Proven experience to work under pressure and manage to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• Driving License (B).
  
• No restriction for travelling (domestic/abroad).
  

SCOPE

• Working with purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation.
  
• Managing investment of new projects budget and CAPEX activities in procurement.
  
• Work closely with project teams.
  
• Track purchase orders status, provide visibility of potential interruptions to order requestors, offering viable solutions.
  
• Establishing and maintaining effective relations with suppliers.
  
• Initiate market investigation/screening to identify suppliers which are able to deliver desired service.
  
• Negotiate the supplier contracts, offer alternative solutions and recommendations sustained by costs analysis.
  
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiencies.
