Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, is looking for R&D Executive in Gum & Candy Factory in Tekirdag/Corlu.A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• University degree in Food or Chemical Engineering,
• Experience in a reputable multinational company is preferable,
• Min 5 years experience on R&D is must (confectionery,chewing gum & candy experience is preferable),
• Team management experience,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) skills,
• Being familiar with laboratory equipment/instruments,
• Analytical minded, innovative, result oriented and good at team work,
• Customer focus (Internal & External), effective problem solving ability,
• Willing to locate in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Lüleburgaz,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• To manage the responsible R&D operations,
• To optimize related materials formulations, processes, products,
• To perform processing experiments / and to the R&D projects / studies,
• To adapt new technologies, new designs of experiments and new laboratory techniques,
• To write experimental results and technical reports and presenting them in English,
• To carry out theoretical or empirical modeling of measurement results.
