Test Engineer

We are looking for a “Test Engineer” for our global and multinational company, which is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry, located in Bursa with the following qualifications.

• University degree from Mechanical/Physics Engineering or related departments
• At least 3 years experienced in similar positions in the automotive industry, preferably experience in lab environment in rubber industry
• Excellent command of English, both for writing & speaking
• Knowledge of testing methodology, especially for rubber, rubber metal parts, coating tests
• Knowledge of general customer requirements for air springs testing
• Good team working and communication skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with other team members

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning tests in Lab, by prioritizing and optimizing due to sources availability
• Preparation of test facility, applying tests
• Reporting of test results
• Defining testing/measuring equipment specifications (Support Purchasing Dept.)
• Managing development and implementation of new testing facilities (machines, equipments, protocols etc.)
• Providing optimal testing machines availability (calibration, maintenance etc.)
• Gap identification and request for a new lab equipment/investment 

Application Engineering / Product Industrialization Support:

• Providing support AE / PI for testing according to customers and market requirements
• Test execution according to customer specifications
• Test reports according to customers specifications
