Sustainability Specialist

 Requirements

• Environmental Engineering Degree
• Knowledge about sustainable and responsible sourcing-based certification programs (ISCC, RPSO, RTRS, FSC)
• At least 2 (two) years of experience supporting GHG inventories, and/or GHG verification/auditing GHG projects
• Knowledge about LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting writing skills
• Critical thinking, attention to details
• Available to travel extensively
• Excellent English language knowledge

Job Responsibilities

• Performing activities of CDM rules/requirements related to the validation/verification of GHG voluntary market projects (in accordance with the Verified Carbon Standard, ISO 14064 Standard-Carbon Footprint-, ISO 14046 Standard-Water Footprint-, ISO 14044 Standard-Life Cycle Assessment-)
  
• Determining the clients’ needs, requirements and developing cost-efficient proposal
  
• Supporting sustainability studies
  
• Provide requested services, including meeting with potential customers, business development of sustainability and greenhouse gas plans for sustainability and environmental marketing purposes
