SUPPLY CHAIN-LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are a US based medical device company, supplying innovative products worldwide. For our Turkey operations in Istanbul, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our EMEA supply chain team.

Ideal candiate will be responssible of  the supply strategy in liason with manufacturing sites and EMEA logistics team.  This job requires hands on experience in developing ERP systems infrastructure, managing 3rd Party Logistic services and customer oriented mindset.  Our priority is to serve our customers on time with excellent service, which is the top requirements of the medical device industry. And need to have:

• Supply planning and inventory management -A-B-C  Analysis 
• Management of  3PL services and ensuring top level of customer service 
• Managing the Inventory Reconciliation process between the company IT system  and the 3PL system on a daily basis. 
• Managing stock and wing to wing inventory operations by following export/import/inbound /outbound processes  and Order fulfillment, stock replenishment 
• Meeting good quality measures in a highly regulated industry. Making some monthly reports with the goal to improve the global quality service. 
• Be customer oriented, be able to face customers and solve any issue, preferably in a proactive manner. 
• Interact  with other logistics team staff across region and provide time to time support when needed.

• University Degree, Industrial Engineering is an asset. 
• Experience in medium/big sales company supply chain departments with logistics partners 
• Understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and high quality requirements of Medical Device Industry.
• A good understanding of ERP systems to work with the developer team to design and improve 
• Must be analytical and understand KPIs and metrics
