Crew Control Officer

We are looking for a qualified Crew Controller to join our Crew Planning Department in our Antalya Headquarter.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of university education
• At least 1 year of work experience in Aviation Crew Controlling
• Knowledge of rules and regulations within the aviation industry, or knowledge of flight time duty limitations is considered as an advantage
• Having problem solving skills and ability to take operational decisions under high pressure
• Team player with good organizational and communication skills
• Having flexible, solutions oriented and stress resistant personality
• Able to work in rotating day and night shifts
• Excellent level of written and spoken English language 
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Living or willing to relocate in Antalya

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• To execute and follow up the crew schedule, daily crew schedule and transfer sheet.
• Updating crew roster according to changes in flight schedule, flight delays, additional flights, cancellations, irregularities, medical reports and excuses.
• To carry out required action additional transfer requests, hotel accomadation and position flight tickets.
• Inform crew on all changes and revisions regarding crew schedule, hotel accomadation, position flight information and transfer
• To follow up all travelling personnel and crew members transfers
