QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Specialist for CRM Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Customer Data Strategy and execution to achieve Marketing and CRM Goals. You will be working with CRM Manager and collaborating with E-commerce, Marketing and Sales, BI Teams.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects and developments on CRM Data Platform based on customer and corporate needs
  • Analyze sales, customer and 3rd party data to develop insight and marketing actions
  • Develop data model to understand customer, journey, marketing and sales funnels
  • Test, monitor data models to improve
  • Develop CRM, Marketing reports and Dashboards
  • Work with Customer Care, CRM, Marketing and E-commerce teams for best
  • Use marketing technology to optimize effort, revenue, customer engagement
  • Involve in Developing Customer Experience and Customer Journey based on insight and data
  • Involve product & services development processes to improve Customer Satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • University Degree within a related subject (preferably in Engineering) with a passion for data analytics.
  • Min 3 years of Data-driven expertise. (Travel, retail, e-commerce, finance)
  • Excellent SQL knowledge and expertise for fundamental data analysis
  • Knowledge and Expertise in predictive modeling, reporting, data analysis process and technologies (Python, SPSS Modeler, SAS)
  • Good knowledge of Statistics and Machine Learning to detect patterns and insight out of Customer Data
  • Expertise in Marketing and personalization data is a plus.
  • Expertise in reporting with Power BI, Qlick Sense, Tableau is a plus.
  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good at analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills.
  • Team player, self-disciplined, good at time and project management
  • Willing to learn and teach 
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and international environment
  • Living in Antalya or willing to relocate
  • No restriction on traveling within Turkey & abroad

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
