QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified ‘Digital Content Specialist’ to join our E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Job Description
- Overseeing all content creation activities for the organisation website and redesign according to UX principles for an exceptional customer experience
- Making sure that all website pages are compatible with each other in all languages in terms and content
- To follow the information flow within the company, and coordinate the necessary revisions, additions and removals on the website,
- Being able to craft content, whether it’s home page copy, a blog, or a video, and combine it with visual elements in order to keep people interested and coming back for more
- Making sure website pages are updated consistently as pages should be living expressions of a company’s brand
- A good theoretical the continually evolving vocabulary of interaction and an ability to explain this simply to others
- Working closely with Information Technologies, Corporate Communications and Marketing and Commercial departments to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goals
- Creation of a content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website throughout the year
- Writing entertaining and informative search engine optimized copy
- Manage the development and approval of compelling content (creative and copy) that drives results
- Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of others
- Creation of entertaining and informative content for the website according to the user behaviors and habits of German-speaking countries and the European culture in general.
Qualifications- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English and preferably German
- Having experience in various translation projects or taking part in these projects
- To have knowledge about tourism and aviation
- To have experience in producing content for digital media such as social media, blogs
- Having knowledge about the working principles of Wordpress and similar content management systems
- Being able to write corporate news, SEO and announcement texts
- To have experience in task management tools like Jira, Trello
- Must have website content management experience
- To be flexible, being a hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems and detail oriented
- To be creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content and in creating texts and slogans
- Having strong communication skills
- The ability to learn and apply new processes and technology quickly
- Living in İstanbul or willing to relocate
- No restriction on travelling within Turkey & abroad
