We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our team at Corendon Airlines in Antalya.

Job Description

The HR Specialist plays an active role in running and improving the HR processes for the further development of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages recruitment, performance management, talent management, compensation&benefit processes
• Conducts competency based interviews, provides advice and guidance to line managers on unusual, difficult or controversial recruitment situations
• Conducts job analyses on a wide variety of complex positions
• Maintains records of personnel transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and other related personnel and payroll issues in compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Evaluates trends in missions, technology, manpower, fiscal resources, and other factors influencing future needs
• Maintain and administer new hire onboarding system
• Supports the occupational health and safety issues and communicates with service providers concerning the routine administration of programs

Job Qualifications

• A university degree in related fields
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in Human Resources. Aviation sector experience is an asset.
• Has a demonstrated track record of problem-solving involving resolutions that result in positive outcomes
• Excellent command of English (written and oral)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and NETSIS is an asset
