We are looking for experienced Quality Specialist to join our Quality Departmentat our Antalya Headquarter.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduation in the fields of Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or Faculty of Aeronautics
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Quality, SMS, Airworthiness, Maintenance or Operations related experience in airlines environment is an asset
• SHY- 145/ EASA Part-145, SHY-M/EASA Part-M, EASA Air-Ops, Human Factors, Quality and Internal Auditor trainings are plus
• Comfortable with using standard business tools like Windows, MS Office
• Competent in reporting, strong presentation, problem solving
• A proven expertise as a team worker with excellent interpersonal and relationship building competencies along with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Antalya resident or willing to relocate
• No restriction on travelling within Turkey & abroad
• Male candidates must have no military obligation

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To work in the Quality team to develop and revise the Quality Manual and procedures, take part in their implementation in the Company
• To perform audits as an auditor, prepare check lists, take part in the subcontractor selection and evaluation activities
• To record and follow up corrective and preventive actions, perform communications within company departments, analyze trends and prepare necessary periodical reports
• To take part in certification activities of the company, carry out related formal communications on behalf of the Company
• To work for creation of Quality and Safety Culture in Company
• To follow up developments related to Quality and Aviation, attend necessary trainings and workshops
