QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

“IMPORT SALES RESPONSIBLE”

Assisting the Marketing and Sales Department in daily, monthly, and annual activities and to ensure efficient, timely.

Job Description:

·         Responsible import sales and marketing for all trades (sending rate offers, create contract details, IDDS applications)                       

·         Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager.

·         Communicating with oversea agencies for any issue of FOB.

·         Checking the weekly space with oversea agencies – equipment on the vessels, any service updates.

·         Preparing Sales & Marketing reports for related services.

·         Following competitors’ activities and service updates.

·         Customer visits or phone calls for marketing activities.

·         Checking freight manifests.

·         Checking refund invoices and other customer demands and relay concerning parties.

·         Completing relevant reports on time and completely.

General Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in maritime business, logistics, international trade, etc.

·         Knowledge of maritime industry.

·         Good command of MS Office, Database skills and expertise in Excel.

·         No experience needed; previous experience will be considered as a plus.

·         Fluency in spoken and written English

·         Having excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and creativity.

·         Ability to work independently and show a strong customer-oriented focus.
