As CP Group, which is one of the leading companies in the Feed and Food Industry, we are now looking for a “Credit Control Staff” to be grown in our Credit Control Department, located on our Head Office in Mecidiyeköy/Şişli. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Risk Management, Accounting and Finance or related fields
• 1-3 year experience in similar role and SAP usage are an asset
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good MS Office skills (High proficiency in Excel)
• Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
• Ability to work in multinational environment
• Ability to manage their own workload, prioritise and work well under pressure
• Confident, approachable and professional manner

Job Description:

Credit Control Staff focuses on management of invoices and outstanding payments, ensuring that financial data is captured in a timely and accurate manner and that outstanding debts are recovered promptly, effectively and professionally. 

• Inputting payments and ensuring that all financial systems data is accurate and up to date,
• Creating new customer accounts when required and ensuring completeness of data or documents such as invoicing address, contact details, agreed credit terms, necessary documentation,
• Operating in compliance with legal requirements and other regulations,
• Coordinating and administrating legal action, if required,
• Assisting with continuous improvement of systems, controls and working practises,
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required,
• Producing ad-hoc reports as and when required,
• Taking ownership of all accounts receivable activities
