QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• +7 year experience in sales and people management in FMCG and/or Consumer Electronics

• Experience in sales and field team / territory management is required 

• University degree 

• Fluency in English 

• Highly developed interpersonal skills 

• Excellent coaching skills 

• Very self-motivated and goal oriented 

• Passion for technology and curious about technology, personal computers and gaming 

• Requires several days of travel 

• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

 The definition of business 

 Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned regions; 

• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. 

• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; 

• Implementing in-store execution standards,; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. 

• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing monthly targets; analyzing field team costs; initiating corrective actions. 

• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for stores in support of national objectives. 

• Recommends new opportunities in the field; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. 

• Implements promotions by tracking, and evaluating field team. 

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. 

• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 

• Develop relationship with retailers regional managers and store executives 

• Responsible for Istanbul Anatolion and Kocaeli regions
