GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a " Accountant " for our consultancy project.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Preparing, analysing and presenting management accounts, reports and financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.

• Following up on and discussing company financial statements with the relevant company representative; providing financial guidance and support.

• Assisting with budget preparation and analysis.

• Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Recording financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

• Liaising with banks, auditors, other service providers, as required.

• Assisting in auditing field-work, where required.

• Assisting with tax planning, managing income tax and VAT submissions, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Identifying areas for cost reduction and increased efficiency.

• Participating in internal projects, as assigned by senior management. 

• Overseeing and ensuring that the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department are running smoothly.

• Maintaining a professional approach at all times when representing the company with creditors, debtors, financial and legal institutions.

• Performing other duties, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time by the head of department or senior management.

Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting (having basis to work towards being registered in Malta),

• Aduditing experience/experience working within an Auditing firm will be considered an asset, 

• Is proficient in Excel and Accounting Software,

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation and with staff or clients at remote locations,

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses,

• Possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation, 

• Have a sharp eye for detail,

• Command excellent organisation skills,

• Works well under pressure and against deadlines,

• Is a team player,

• Embraces confidentiality and displays strong work ethics.

Üniversite(Mezun), Yüksek Lisans(Öğrenci), Yüksek Lisans(Mezun)
İngilizce(Okuma : İleri, Yazma : İleri, Konuşma : İleri)
