QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines

·       At least 5 years of work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution business processes and applications

·       Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution functionalities (Sales, Delivery, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping, Transportation, Billing, Foreign Trade)

·       Profound understanding of Sales & Distribution business processes

·       Understanding of integration points with the PP, SD, MM, PM modules

       Strong planning skills with the ability to set priorities

       Advanced level in both written and spoken English

·       Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently

·       Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

·       Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

·       Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities

·       Strong team work skills

·       Strong communication and reporting skills

·       No restrictions to travel

·       No military obligation for male candidates

·       Knowledge about ITIL framework.

 

Job Description

·       Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Sales & Distribution modules and functions

·       Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document user requirements

·       Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

·       Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs

·       Design, customize, configure and test the SAP Sales & Distribution functionalities

·       Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions

·       Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems

·       Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

·       Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

·       Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

·       Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
