Ehs&Wcp Manager

We are looking for a EHS & WCP Manager for  Osmaniye Plant.

Required Qualifications

•        Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering
•        Excellent command of both written and verbal communication skills in English
•        B Class Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry                   of Labor and Social Security
•        Environmental Officer Certificate is preferably
•        Knowledge of ergonomic risk analysis methodology
•        Maintain ISO 45001 Occupational Health  and Safety Management and ISO                   14001 Environmental Management systems effectively
•        Minimum 5  years of work experience in EH&S 
•         No military obligation for male candidates
•         Active driving skills and having no restrictions for traveling,
•         Strong communication skills and ability to convince
•         Responsibility, result oriented, dynamism and willingness to work with a team

Job Description

•  To follow up the Legal Obligations related to the Environmental Legislation and Occupational Health and Safety Law and to organize the organization to obtain the necessary legal permits,

•  To support and guide the Plant Manager to reach the targets set in the EH&S works planned at the factory,

•  Monitoring the EH&S issues of the subcontractor , managing the audit activities,

•  Organizing and supervising Health Safety Environment internal audits,
•  Monitoring the activities of infirmaries, Infirmary doctor and other occupational safety specialists,
•  Ensuring the effective operation of the Health Safety and Environment management system,
•  Carrying out risk analysis and environmental aspect assessment,
•  Manage Improvement Projects related with World Class Performance
•  Waste management follow-up and organization,
•  To follow up the situations that may cause work accidents, make corrective and preventive activities.
•  Providing guidance on the selection of personnel protective equipment (PPE), creating purchase order for equipment, distributing and ensuring control of equipment,
•  Providing EH&S Training in new employment and periodically,

•  To make emergency planning and trainings.
