Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the reservation department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service
• Oversee the instant service, operator, and Guest Service Center
• Ensure that all reservations are accurately entered into the Opera system and that all special requests are noted
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the reservation department
• Analyze reservation data and make recommendations for improvements
• Monitor reservation trends and adjust pricing and availability accordingly
• Manage and maintain relationships with OTA channels
• Train, supervise, and motivate reservation staff
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues related to reservations
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's products and services
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing department to ensure that all promotions and packages are effectively communicated to guests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reservation role
• Expertise in Opera system and OTA channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of reservation systems and procedures
• Fluency in English
