QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

We are looking for Quality Control Engineer with the requirements written below for our Factory's TQ Department.

• Excellent command of Written and Spoken English is a must, Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• University degree in Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Auto CAD applications
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in QA and QC
• Internal of External Audit Qualification Certificate of Quality System
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• In good health.
• Foreign companies working experience is preferred
• Experience in Railway sector is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with the relevant Turkish Local quality certification system, QC standards and quality inspection system.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supporting TQ Manager for maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 9001:2015, IRIS, EN 15085 etc. quality management system and ISO 14001 Certification.
• Manage and control all the QC activities according to the department working plan.
• Organize and arrange department's QMS internal and external audit work, verification issues, follow up and coordinate, make sure corrective and preventive measures, promote the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• Organize training and education of Quality Awareness, quality management theory and practice etc.
• Quality statistics, analysis and reporting, handling quality complaints.
• Supporting Quality Chief to control and monitor the quality activities on site.
• Monitor the calibration of equipment and tools.
• Control and monitor the material compliance according to the defined inspection test plans.
• Control and monitor subcontractors site installation activities.
• Prepare compile and submit quality inspection and testing reports and non-conformity reports.
• Monitor the NCR, close out actions on site.
• Update / Compile the manufacturer quality records.
• Checking equipment and goods arriving to stockyard and perform receiving inspections.
• Monitor and update the list of all rejected and quarantined materials.
• Responsible for vehicle PSI (Pre-shipping Inspection), and asses the state of the vehicle.
