CyanGate team works with customers to define and architect results oriented DAM solutions and builds and delivers Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for companies around the world to manage files on Salesforce.com platform.

General Description

Reports to the Product Management matrix team. Responsible for managing the release process for the DAM line of business main product and several product modules. Refining the overall process and implementing improvements. Responsible for collaborating with the Product Management team on product direction, market response, and incorporating feedback into the products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly reports to Product Management executive matrix team comprised of Sales and Operations
• Works directly with the Engineering team for daily operations, release scheduling, capacity planning, and overall progress 

Responsible for streamline the overall release process:

1. Manage input from several input channels including: customer tickets, product roadmap/enhancements
2. Release candidate selection

• Work with Marketing team to prepare external facing documentation and messaging
• Manages release timeline and progress

Release scheduling:

1. Candidates review, prioritization, negotiation
2. Capacity planning
3. Provide input to marketing and release materials

• Understands overall market and industry
• Assist with new product development initiatives and process
• Able to communicate with Eng team on technical details and provide high level guidance on technical product features and technologies
•  Ability to manage multiple products / lines of business
• Previous experience in release management, customer support, and other customer/product direct areas idea : 3-5 years previous experience desired

3. Able to continue to improve processes based on product/lines of business needs

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
