QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

D-Resort Göcek offers you newly designed up to international luxury standard with Bed&Breakfast concept. Resort provides to its guests an elegant and luxurious concept with its new 102 comfortable rooms that reveal lush gardens and the splendor of the surrounding mountains, as well as one Presidential suite and 6 Revenue Centers. 
We are looking for a Revenue Executive who must possess; 
 
  • Must display strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to sustain a high level of productivity and efficiency at all times.
  • Proven leadership, organizational and guest service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal Turkish and English communication skills
  • Degree in Hotel /Hospitality in Management a plus.
  • Previous Reservation/Front Office experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven leadership skills, experience managing colleagues a plus.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Adapt to change quickly and strong multi-tasking.


İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Revenue Executive is responsible for working with the Commercial team in determining strategic goals and tactical efforts, which drive revenue to the hotel. The Revenue Executive is responsible for ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel. This role serves as the objective decision maker that ensures the best interest of profitability is served in the overall hotel as well as ensuring integrity of rates.
 
Responsibilities:                  
  • Preparing daily revenue reports and circulate them to the relevant stakeholders and departments in order to keep them informed of revenue performance and raise any gaps in revenue.
  • Ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel.
  • Maximizing net room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.
  • Ongoing education of Reservations and Front Office ensuring revenue management concepts are understood
  • Monitoring demand and recommend selling strategies.
  • Conducting regular audits of all systems, ensuring accuracy of content, rates, package information and availability.
  • Performing Rate Loading in all relevant systems and documenting to ensure that standards of rate loading are met.
  • Monitoring and executing rate strategies using inventory management tools.
  • Working with the Commercial team to determine effective and engaging rate offers (packages)
  • Supporting the hotels selling strategy in all distribution systems.
  • Completes all rooms and revenue forecasts.
  • Working with the Sales team to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of business.
  • Monitoring the competitions activities on a weekly through shop reports and online research in order to identify potential selling points and revenue related market trends.
  • Tracking competitive set pricing and yield strategies, understanding the comp set’s reaction to changes in the marketplace.
  • Preparing materials for the weekly Commercial Meetings
  • Preparing timely revenue summaries as required.
  • Overseeing the input of contracted wholesale space for each season.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on commentaries for each market segment.
  • Recording, maintaining and analyzing current, historical and statistical data
  • Participating in the planning processes for the hotel budget and Commercial plans.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the reservations tea, ensuring telephone sales techniques are employed in such a way as to support our selling strategies and driving customer loyalty.
