We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager, who will work at our head ofiice in Istanbul, Sirkeci.

Succesful candidate will have

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field,
• Experience working on finance and accounting for 10 years preferably at a multinational company,
• Strong konowledge on local/ international accounting and tax legislations.
• Preferably, Certified Public Accountant
• Capable of analytical thinking, elaborate, careful and innovative
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Team management skill

Job Description

• Managing and controlling the finance/ accounting transactions are fulfilled according to the laws and regulations.
• Managing the financial strategy of the company
• Analyzing and managing the financial risks for the company
• Reviewing financial processes in accordance with pertinent legal regulations
• Management of cash flow
• Designing financial models in order to support the company’s growth plan
• Profit and loss analysis of the company
• Financial adviser role to the Board of Management and Managers
• Managing and providing support to the Finance and Accounting team,
