QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for “Information/Operational Technology Section Manager” for Engineering Department in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek

·       University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering Department (Computering Engineering)  

·       Excellent command of English both written and spoken (interviews will be conducted in English) 

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/OT ( in a similar position in least 3 years manager experience )

·       Stronge knowledge about ITIL principles and practices

·       Knowledge of security standards in OT systems; ISA99 / IEC 62443 standard, NIST standards is preferred

·       Knowledgeable in ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and KVKK.

·       Strong communication and leadership skills

·       Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation

·       To have a good problem solving skills

·       Stronge knowledge about ITIL principles and practices 

·       No restriction for travel in and out of country

·       Completed military service for male candidates

·       Driving license (class B)

·       Living or able to live in Sakarya / İzmit

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Leading the team, coordinating with other stakeholders in IT/OT and business units

·       To be responsible for the creation, follow-up and reporting of projects in communication with all stakeholders

·       Manage and security of OT (Operation Technologies) systems

·       To be responsible “ISO 27001 Information Security Management” in Daikin Turkey’s Factory.

·       To be contact person of Factory SAP system , MES System and all application which is related with Daikin Turkey Factory.

·       To follow up new solutions and applications, technological developments, good practices and competitors in a way to support digital transformation in the areas of responsibility, to implement solutions that will contribute to the company

·       To be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technology processes (network, server, storage, virtualization, security, firewall, antivirus , backup, etc.

·       State , Manage and Report SLA Management Process in the IT/OT Organization

·       To monitor 7*24 IT/OT System and Services , Take First Response and Coordinate Related IT Groups

·       To Manage PC and IT equipment procurement, replacement and maintenance, including asset tracking, leasing and budget aspects

·       Ensuring the development, commissioning, documentation and user training of the software activities carried out by the company with its own resources

·       Server Computer, Virtualization and Data Storage Systems and Backup Application Software, etc. To ensure that applications such as technical management activities are carried out

·       Ensuring the fulfillment of technical management activities of e-mail systems, Web Servers and other basic applications and protocols

·       Ensuring the fulfillment of backup and log management activities

·       Ensuring the fulfillment of technical management activities of database management systems

·       To ensure that LAN / WAN Network structures are designed and technical management activities are carried out

·       To ensure that the management and audit activities of software applications, system/network management and information security services performed by outsourcing are carried out

·       Managing technical support services; To provide corporate technical support services for end users
