R&D Heating Engineer

We are looking  for “ Research & Development Heating Engineer” for R&D Heating Section in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek

• University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering Department (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering)  
• Recent graduates and candidates with experience (preferably with thermodynamics and combustion)
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken (interviews will be conducted in English)  
• A team player who is driven to find solutions for technical requirements
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic 
• Good knowledge of MS office programs
• No obstacle for travel in and out of country
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Driving license (class B)
• Living or able to live in Sakarya/İzmit

Job Description

• Takes part in mechanical and functional design and improvement projects of combi boilers
• Undertakes the roles of implementing, guiding and, when necessary, decision maker as part of the team in the stages of design, prototyping, testing, certification, documentation, incentive, patent and production of the products subject to the project
• Plans and coordinates the project processes, monitors and reports the progress of the project in line with its goals
• Manages relations with other departments such as Quality, Production, Purchasing and Planning within the project
• Ensures the necessary communication and cooperates with Daikin's R&D teams in other countries
• Plays an active role in determining new product strategies in constant communication with sales and marketing departments 
• Plays an active role in decision-making and implementation in all processes of products from design to after-sales by participating in routine or non-routine, in-plant, out-of-factory and international meetings about the products
• Gains knowledge and experience in other processes of manufacturing by participating in teamwork carried out with other departments throughout the factory
