QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in related fields
• Minimum 2-year experience in a related job,
• Luxury retail experience is a plus,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and internet technologies,
• Proactive thinking and responsibility taking in problem solving,
• Having the ability of analytical thinking, reporting and strong organization skills,
• Sales oriented mentality,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Persistent personality who does not accept no as an answer,
• Able to thrive in harsh and prolonged negotiation environments,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DEFINITION

• Managing supplier relations in order to achieve better pricing and reducing lead times,
• Working with the in-house marketing team to determine competitive pricing and organize promotional activities,
• Negotiating working terms with new and in some cases existing brands,
• Making cold calls to brands when necessary,
• Active searching and determining which new brands should be added to Alwaysfashion
• Planning trade marketing activities and expenses and managing system processes,
• Coordinating third party relations to provide research company reports, analysis, written and visual materials,
• Analyzing user needs and preparing action project plans based on this analysis.
